C1svc.com respects your privacy and will not knowingly distribute, or cause to be distributed your personal information to any entity for any reason.

POLICY VIOLATIONS

If an account is used unlawfully or in violation of the users policy, C1svc.com / Internet services reserve the right to terminate the account without notice and without refunds.

Any file that violate the users policy are subject to deletion without notice, and clients violating the Users Policy will be held responsible for damages to C1svc.com /Internet services, including but not limiting to C1svc.com / Internet services systems, servers, connectivity, reputation business, network, services, operations, or equipment.

Determining what constitutes a policy violation is the sole discretion of C1svc.com / Internet services, and includes, but not limited to, the following:

System Abuses Include, but not limited to, excessive use of CPU resources or disk space, installing IRC both, CGI scripts sharing with domains outside of C1svc.com / Internet services or other CGI scripts that used a disproportional amount of resources.

C1svc.com / Internet Services will determine what constitutes system abuse. Software/Multimedia Distribution Accounts cannot be used to distribute “cracked” versions of copyrights software, serial numbers for copyrighted material such software or multimedia files, music files or MP3.

Sites that contain links to pirated software or illegal contraband are also prohibited. Adult Content Sites containing adult material, link to adult material, or adult-oriented merchandise are not permitted.

The final determination of what constitutes “adult content” is made by C1svc.com/Internat services. Security Violations Attempts to manipulate C1svc.com/Internet services servers or clients web sites are prohibited.

This include but not limited to attempting to gain unauthorized access to C1svc.com/Internet services servers, mail bombing, or other means of deliberately overloading systems.

Web space will be sold to our customers for personal and business at specific rate, content of the sites must conform to local, state and federal ordinances. C1svc.com does not allow the display or storage of pornographic material on our web server.

C1svc.com does not provide training or technical support for web site development. Spam Sending unsolicited commercial e-mail, cross posting messages to a large number of use-net groups, posting obscene or threatening messages while using or prohibited.

The use of C1svc.com/Internet service servers as a mail drop for responses to activities described above is also prohibited. Accounts closed due to this type of violation will be charged a clean up fee of $1000. C1svc.com/Internet Services will reserve the right of any cancellation of service of an account at any time without notice and without refund, in the event that:

1) The account violates our posted policy.

2) Payment for membership fees is not received.

System Updates C1svc.com/Internet services update systems in real-time. Therefore, any updates made to the system may not be immediate. These processing time may be changed at any time without notice.

If a client or C1svc.com/internet Services support personnel (authorized by a client) make any modifications to an account, the client is responsible to ensure that these updates have occurred.

Log Files Log files will be deleted periodically. It is recommended that clients, who wish to maintain logs covering extended periods, download the log files monthly. Membership and Hosting Fees Membership and hosting-related fees is required before services are activated.

Membership fees are non-refundable. Billing Cycle Services are billed on an annual basis (12 month). A billing cycle can be made at any time, provided that there are more than 10 days remaining in the current billing cycle. Renewal charges will be billed automatically.

Account Reactivation If an account was cancelled by request or due to delinquent payment, a non- refundable reactivation fee of $25.00 will be added to any outstanding fee. An account that was cancelled due to a policy violation cannot be reactivated.

In consideration of providing Internet connection services,
C1svc.com shall charge to the user a periodic fee as stated in the agreement. The periodic fee shall be subject to change upon thirty days written notice.

As a user of C1svc.com, you agree that you are at least 18 years of age (or have permission from a parent or guardian to use this service) and will abide by the policies of C1svc.com.

It is understood that information on the Internet may be unedited,
uncensored, and offensive to you. You access such information at your own risk. C1svc.com does not censor the Internet and has no control over what data is transmitted to you.

As a user of C1svc.com you agree not to use the service in a manner that violate any local, state, or federal law. You also agree not to use the Internet for abusive, profane, libelous, slanderous, threatening or otherwise harassing post. As a dial-up user (modem access), you are licensed to a single account for one connection at a given time.

As a user, you understand that the unlimited access Internet account is not intended to be a dedicated line. Dedicated modems or unmonitored modems connected on a continue basis are not allowed and will result in the cancellation of the account. C1svc.com reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please note that while these are the current terms and conditions, C1svc.com/ Internet services reserve the right to revise our policy at any time.

Additionally C1svc.com/ Internet services reserve the right to discontinue service for any account that we determinate are being inappropriately or unlawfully used, and reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion, to any one discovered of using the services maliciously.

Technical Support

C1svc.com Internet Services assumes that the user has a basic understanding of their computer. C1svc.com will not train users in basic computer skills such as, but not limited to deleting files or creating directories.

Technical support is intended to facilitate the setup of your properly functioning computer system for access to our services. Your computer must recognize your modem and receive a dial tone before any technical support will be dispensed.

Our technical support staff is not trained to and will not assist you in installing and /or troubleshooting modems or telephone lines.

Choice of Law

You (user) and C1svc.com agree that the law of the state of California, U.S.A. will apply to all matters relating to this agreement and to C1svc.com.

In addition you and C1svc.com agree and consent the court of Los Angeles, California, U.S.A. will have exclusive jurisdiction and be the second venue for any legal action after determining that arbitration cannot be consolidated, related to this Agreement or to the services provided hereunder.

User agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless C1svc.com its officers, directors, employees, agents and licensees, from any claims and expenses, including reasonable Attorneys fee, arising of or relating members use of C1svc.com services.

User has no property rights in the E-Mail and web pages addresses supplied by C1svc.com and understands that this agreement is assignable by C1svc.com. If any part of this agreement is unacceptable to the user, you must immediately terminate your membership with C1svc.com.

This agreement shall automatically renew on the stated periodic basis unless terminated by either party given the other thirty days notice.
